Well this is what happens when you want to be the "biggest" in everything. You want to grow very quickly but you don't have enough qualified people available to make that possible. The end result = customers suffer.
I believe all Islamic banks suffer from this, or rather they make their customers suffer. At least this is what I have experienced, with the exception of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, which I believe is some what bearable.
Btw, bear it with patience. This is the advice one of the sheikhs gave on radio sometime ago to someone who complained about the bad service by Islamic banks. He said, remaining patient will give you ajr but on the other hand you are sinning by merely dealing with a conventional bank, whether their service is good or not. Does it make sense to you? For me, if I had my way, I would prefer not dealing with any bank, islamic or non-islamic, at all :-)

My family deal with Dubai Islamic Bank &they never ever experienced a delay. Actually My sis got her car two years ago in one week!
Never regretted anything in life except choosing for " Noor WORST Bank"

Today mornign Ive heard that Noor Islamic bank is closing down because of financial crisis. They havent closed down yet, but i have friends in the bank who says they have heard the news as well. But for now the bank is just open. So withdraw wht u have in the bank @ the earliest. Lots of ppl gona get fired soon.
